Reply by Robert Welch on January 19, 2011 I tried to upgrade to version 8, but after giving them my credit card information a window opened saying that my version 7 serial number was not valid. I called their non-toll-free tech support number three times and got only a recording saying that I might want to send them email.

I didn?t want to do that, which is why I called. I called again to give it another try and pressed?0? Hoping to speak with a live person, but was informed that this was not a valid extension. Third try, I left my phone number but received no return call. Apparently sales are so good that they do not need to keep their current customers.
