Love Midway Park Ride and Fly!! We made our reservation and paid online before we arrived. Entering the facility was so easy and efficient. We barely had our keys out of the ignition and the shuttle was there to load our bags and drive us to Midway. They dropped us off right at our gate. I have never had a problem with it, this time the check in person when entering the gate, told the bus driver we were in outdoor parking. When in fact I always pay for indoor parking, so we had to wait about 15 minutes before calling the front to tell them we are in the indoor parking. The driver of the van was extremely nice and wrote out a free day of parking for us to use on our next trip.

That was good customer service skills. I'm planning on using the garage again in March. The battery in my phone died during my flight home and when i got to my car, which is 4 month old, the battery was dead. I had no way to call for help and had to wait until the next shuttle came by in the parking lot.

The driver told me he would be right back after dropping off passengers. I wasn't sure he really would come back. I was alone, in the large parking lot, and a little concerned for my safety. He was back as promised with a battery charger in hand. I was very thankful.

The entire experience was effortless and the rate was fair. The drivers on both ends of the trip were friendly and helpful. We returned at 8:00 p.m., and it was 4 degrees out! We pulled up to the booth to check out, and the attendant asked if we left any personal property behind. I said, 'No' and she said, 'Maybe a piece of jewelry?' I checked my ears, and one of my earrings was indeed missing! The driver came over and handed me my earring!

Although my brother lives within a couple of miles of the airport and offers us free parking, I hated to put him out of his own driveway as I don't have the Chicago sticker. When I returned to pick up my car after a five day trip, my battery was dead (unexpected as my car is three months new). The attendant was very friendly and gave me jump. As I was pulling out of the covered garage I got a flat--turns out two large nails were to blame. Another attendant helped me put the spare tire on and directed me to several tire shops in the area.

I called management the next day to tell them about the flat and they were empathetic and offered to provide me with a free 2-day parking coupon. Accidents happen and I very much appreciate that Midway Park & Fly took responsibility for the flat (they had some recent roof repairs done). Given their responsive customer service I will use them again. I only have one complaint about my recent experience with your company. When we boarded the bus at the airport to return to our car, the driver asked us for our 'yellow card'. We had not been given a yellow card from the driver who took us to the airport.

I had only used your company one other time and it had been a while, so I didn't remember whether I was supposed to be given anything or not. The driver who picked us up at the airport looked at us like we were crazy when we told him we weren't given a card by the previous driver. He pretty much made us look like liars, telling us 'he HAD to have given you one', when he had, in fact, NOT. We were embarrassed to say the least. Safe and timely driving to the airport. When I returned, an empty shuttle was at the curb for my return trip to the parking area. Driver was courteous and pleasant and drove me to my vehicle, where he unloaded by baggage for me. This is an efficient, worry-free, parking experience. It was nice to get a 10% promotion reduction.

It was another great experience parking at Midway Park Ride Fly. We were able to zip into our covered parking spot, and the bus drove right up to greet us and help take our luggage out of the car and put it right on the bus. He gave us a return parking receipt with the parking location on it.

(DON'T LOSE THIS. IT MAKES THE RETURN MUCH FASTER). The trip to the airport was short and dropped off right near the door. On the way home, the bus was there waiting when we walked out of the door. We only waited about 5 more mins while other people boarded. Then a short trip back to the parking lot and into the car.

Parking is a Breeze My initial motivation for using the parking services of Midway Park Ride & Fly is that the price beats on-location parking. I have parked on location when picking someone up, and I can honestly say, the experience for using Midway Park Ride & Fly is better. I reserve my spot online which makes payment a breeze, and once I arrive, the person who greets me tells me which row to park on, and a shuttle seems to always follow me so when I get out of my car, I just hop in the shuttle, when the friendly driver helps me with my bag and gives me a ticket with return instructions. And the return trip is also seamless. I just wish the rest of airport travel was as pleasant. Best Part of The Travel Experience The airport was closed when we were supposed to come in on Friday, so we ended up staying two more days until we could get a flight.

We knew our car would be safe at this facility. Our flight was delayed by several hours, but the highlight was the fact that the shuttle to the parking was there waiting for us when we came out of the terminal. The pleasant ride back to our car and the friendliness of the driver helped put us back in a good mood.

Great up until our interaction with a dishonest driver Service was fine up until drop off, which was unfortunate because I was pleased with service. When arriving at our car my husband and I looked for small bills to tip. The driver just stood there while we wrestled with our bags and looked for tip money.

He was just standing there waiting for a tip and NOT helping us! All I had was a $20, so I asked if he could give me $18 change. He turned his back, got on the bus and said he only had $16, I said fine, I'll take $16, no biggie. He then handed me crumpled $1 bills filling up both my hands. Counted the singles as we drove away, he left us with $13.

I was running extremely late for my flight. I pulled up to the parking lot with 25 minutes until my flight departed. As I gave them my parking receipt I told this to them and they sent the shuttle directly to my spot and brought me very quickly to the terminal. As we were pulling up to the terminal the driver gave me the directions to go straight to security so I would not get lost in the airport!

They also told me that next time if I find myself in a similar situation I can call ahead and they can park my car and hold the keys for me to save me even more time. But as it was I made my flight thanks to their quick service! Don't pay for inside parking! Paid for 9 days of covered parking.

Upon arriving I was told that there was NO covered parking available. At that time I was told that there would be a coupon for credit on my windshield when I got back by the manager. Upon return, there was no coupon. Manager on duty stated that the other manager was busy and didn't get to it. When he called me back, he stated that he would mail me the coupons that day.

Drivers need to work on their people skills A couple of things I did not care for; the two different shuttle drivers were very unfriendly; hardly spoke; and basically demanded to handle the suitcases. The lot I parked my car in was gravel/dirt and therefore it had rained and dried out, making the car filthy dirty from the dust; could hardly see out of any of the windows.

Otherwise wait time was excellent. I would probably look around for another facility for better customer service/improved people skills within their employees. I use to always have to look for people to take my family and me to the airport and then hope that they would be on time picking us up on my return flight. I like to fly out very early in the morning to avoid the crowds. Therefore, I have to be at the airport by 4 and my return flight if always the last flight arriving at 1:00 AM.
